The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and harbor. The room was spacious and well-decorated. While the cleaning staff was inconsistent, arriving quite late in the day, the breakfast options were decent, including eggs and bacon. The quadruple room setup felt cramped, as it converted a standard double room into one suited for four, less than ideal.

The building is lovely and the rooms are delightful and spacious. The breakfast is good, I greatly enjoyed croissants, pastries, and fruit. This hotel has marvellous and particularly good location close to the living harbor.

Room was clean and comfortable and large, but rather basic - no shampoo or gel in the bathroom, poor selection of coathangers in wardrobe.

The hotel's location is fabulous - a stone's throw from the beach. Our room was fairly basic but all you need for a beach holiday.

We stayed in a triple room with a huge balcony, perfect for lounging and enjoying the sun. The hotel offered a relaxing massage service and had a nice spot for enjoying the beach. While the shower pressure could be better, it didn't stop us from having a wonderful time. 🌞

My guest room was new-fashioned with a balcony and lovely view. The stuff were exceptional, the breakfast I had was incredibly nice for all tastes. The location was beachfront, favourable in the port;))
There was something as breakfast missing.

Location and views fantastic
Stifling heat during day and evening. The fans provided in room made no difference - so too hot without air-con

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views, made our family excursions enjoyable. Our double room had plenty of space, perfect for our two small kids. We loved having breakfast while overlooking the fine marina!
My wife says that a children's play area would be great.

The staff was superb, the location was perfect (in front of a beautiful marina), the breakfast was good and the hotel has its own bar and restaurant which was great quality in both drinks and meals. I would reccommend this place 100%.

great views but inconsistent cleaning service
The location provided fine views overlooking the marina. The air conditioning was excellent, ensuring comfort during the high temperatures we faced. Breakfast was a delight, especially having the option to dine outside under the canopy.
The cleaning staff was inconsistent, often arriving quite late in the day.

The view was amazing, the location is incredible, the staff are very friendly and my room was massive! If you're looking for 5-star luxury, do not go here, but if you want terrific views in a fabulous location I would recommend it. I went on my own, due to a relationship break-up, but never felt intimidated once. In fact, I enjoyed the peace & quiet and of course the wonderful mountain & sea views, and there were plenty of walks. It is also only 30 minutes on the bus from Palma, and the Soller tram stops yards from the entrance, and you can also get buses to Valdemossa & Deia from here. I felt very safe, and there wasn't a lager- lout in sight. I will be back!!!! A great way of getting to the hotel if you arrive in palma early enough & don't have too much luggage is by the palma-Soller train & then the tram from soller to port-de-soller. Or, you can get a bus from Palma centre to port de soller for 2 euros 95. Bargain. And the airport bus is only 2 euros from palma airport to placa d'espagna, so a very cheap transfer. The hotel is very easy to find, and it is, in my view, exceptional value for money. I loved it.
I would most definitely stay here again, and am planning to, and I never normally go to the same places. The only thing I would not do again is go half-board as, although the food is very nice, there is no choice and the soup is a bit lukewarm, and there are plenty of restaurants around serving plates of the day for between 9 euros & 12 euros, including a drink. Saying that, though, the soup tasted home-made and the meals were freshly cooked. There was freshly squeezed orange juice, cold cuts, cheeses & eggs every morning for breakfast, so I would definitely recommend the breakfasts. If you are a hiker like me, I would thoroughly recommend it, but you do get what you pay for and if you're used to 5 star, then you won't like this hotel.
